We all know that 20 ALT is pretty balance for 20 ALTs. I mean, in honosty it's not balance, but the huge ammount of ALTs make up for it. I feel that the same 'logic' is implaced here. Of course the game will remain unbalanced 1A or 3A, but with a server originally made to support more than 1A, I think that it would be much easier to change and 'fix' the server with the higher ammount of ALTs.

I have volunteered myself to do this for this server as Staff. I was turned down. I'm not saying I'd fix every single problem, but in a team, it can be done. Give this server a 2nd chance.

personally i wouldnt mind it being 3a because then you could have more protection from other people as well because you could have a healer with you and something like a thief (gotta love my damn thiefs) as a backup attacker. With it being 1a atm makes it somewat harder to train at places and such unless u have alot of money or can heal yourself someway.

As a side if and when we do get the new 1a server why not create a new class or race in which we could have a vote for what that class/race could do/be. I think that if there was a vote and toss up a few ideas we could maybe make something new for the new server.

As well what if we also opened the original old quests that we had back in the old days on the first NM (i miss those days) when the new 1a server is made, that could possibly bring in some new and old peeps.

I myself dont see why you couldnt just make it 3alt for say the 1st 20 something levels to help the new players gather there gold and equips without the help of our ooo so "helpful" players....because it is with my experiance that i can tell u that the players arent so helpful...given the select few..just a thought might be a bad one but never hurts....eitherway i support it.

I would like to agree with the guy above. Players are not helpful at all.

I would like to suggest that a special group of staff members (with extremely limited powers) who play quite often to be designated to orientate players. We have an Orientation per each new class, but that really only tells you how to play the game.

Revelation has the same type of thing going on. They have 'Guide's' who 'guide' and orientate new players. I would like to see this as an implimentation.

I played 3a back when us 56kers and 250 mb RAMers couldn't load up any more alts.

3a is fun. 1a is funner.

Leave 1a alone. Change 20a to 3a if you want but 1a is 1a.

if you had wanted a "guide" as you so called it you have found one. On multi nm i am the tour guide for NM and well once i get my internet back at home perhaps i can be the "tour Guide" for 1a as well, and if not well you could always page/memo me in 1a my chars name is Myst or Fyara and id be more than happy to help you with questions and such

I agree with clay.The intent upon creating the server was to make an environment with more of a role-playing feel. You could say that people really dont role-play, and you mostly would be right, but when you are having problems getting more that 10 people gathered to do certain bosses(can really be a pain sometimes...) you really are roleplaying. It hard sometimes to gather a group of people on the same page to conquer certain areas of the game. But when you are recruiting people and becoming a group of friends that work together for advancement, everyone plays a heavy role in how the game will turn out for one another, and to me that is the biggest form of role-playing possible. Changing the server to 3 alts would, in my opinion, take this aspect of the game away. It would make it to where 5-6 people(i know 4 people irl that still play) could do literally nearly everything in the game.

So with that, i wouldnt really think 3alt would be a good idea.

On the other hand, it would make higher tier bosses possible. Which, to me is the only true advantage from this proposal. But, when we had 12 people on in our clan the other day, we could take down the harder bosses with experts(36experts ). With the stamina increases and extra hp it just adds to the fact that the game would be easier. 3x easier than before matter of fact. So if anything, 2 alts might not be to much, but 3alts in my opinion takes away from what 1alt is.
