Just for the record, when Mike got Kev's ammy he had no intentions of giving it back, he finally had to.

True I didnt have to give it back but Kev told me i did and at the time i had been playing 10 days so i didnt know better.....He gave me 110k and the Triplex Ammy.I have done other things like that not saying im a bad person just would agree that Im not trustworthy to most ppl. Jim is one of the sweetest persons on this game. He goes out of his way for anyone. It's a shame that one feels you have to be deceitful to get anywhere on this game. By now so many would love nothing more then to turn you into a human pretzle. Reset I hope you learned from this. Jim I know you did. It's a pity that those have to use and abuse. His main is Galactic. I would suggest that anyone who has not, adds The Fellowship of Nightmist to their enemy list and just hunt every member of the clan, make everyone know that being around a thief makes you considered one for the most part.

Well did I convince Adam to take your stuff? No you told him acct and pass so thats your fault. I admit it was stealiing except you got your stuff back after we held on to it for a while didnt you? Well why should anyone have to impersonate(think thats the right word) someone to get stuff though so he should be banned for theft. Adam was a noob too and would have got majority of gold if we sold anything but you paid him and he kept it all so wasn't really me stealing so stfu noob and I don't know Momba but he can consider we will have a talk at school or on the golf course if I see you there

To be honest, i don't think you needed to say that. Can you not see the general idea behind what people are saying? In case you can't (and lets not forget your negative IQ here), i'll spell it out.

You = Thief

Thieves = Dead

From this, it is possible to infer that whenever you so much as THINK about leaving town, you will have "80% of the server" hounding you like wolves on a scared little rabbit.

And as for people who are supporting "my buddy mike" - well you may as well die too, the more the merrier as far as i'm concerned.

A slight mumble can be heard as Momba states his case. After Momba finishes the crowd falls silent. Reset hears his own heart beating in his ears as the silence from the crowd awaits his next reply

Well, we did have The Fellowship of Nightmist on allies until this happened. I did try to reason with Mike, asking him to return the crit or give Momba the amulet he asked for, but he refused, so his clan was removed from our ally list.

Although he asked me to not take this issue out on his clannies, I see no other way. Maybe the pressure from under xp clannies will convince him to do what is right and return what he stole.

hmmm i have a better idea Momba...how about JLH just bans him and deletes his crits anyway? it is clear that he is a thief, as he has admitted himself, and the VAST majority of Nightmist would either welcome this, or not care. and im sure JLH wouldent mind seeing the back of him, with all the trouble he causes.

i personally think JLH/Pandi should take more control in matters like this, if som1 is clearly stealing/upsetting other players on a regular basis in the game and doing no good, then they should be banned. tho even so i think they should be careful in who they ban, as one persons enemy is anothers friend, but then again its their game and its free so they do what they like. i think this case is clear cut tho, i doubt even his 'friends' trust him, or would be too bothered if he was gone.

well reset, Jim to my knowledge has never lied to me or anyone i've known in this game. So if he says you claimed you were Gaddy, hmmmmmm....yep i'm gonna have to believe the word of someone that i was a noob w/in the beginning over the word of someone who has admitted that they have something that doesn't belong to them, and that they didn't pay for. As for that bogus, "I was gonna give it back but now i'm not gonna." I'm a salesman for a living and i know bull$#$% when i hear it. And we all had to slip on our boots for that load of crap.
