I was planning to ask this a while ago. I'm curious myself, but i'm also not sure that everyone is really aware how much alt abuse goes on in this game

The question, by the way, is not "How many alts CAN you run?", but how many you run on a day-to-day training/boss killing routine.

At 20, i am one of the worst, but i'm sure i can't be the only one

I run 10 on a regular basis, but I often go with a smaller party for training.

Am I only half a bad as you now Alan?

9 is normal amount i will go kill most bosses on, for bosses that heal i will use upto 12, if just running around training 6 - 7 alts

I ran 12 back in the day, training chiquita I use 2 but have mana holder alts.

for me its a big variety so i really didnt know what to answer lol

9-11 for rangers, depends on how many clerics are available and if my lil lvl 25 druid can survive what im doing

10-11 for going 2 jump som1, on invis zerks/clerics, again maybe druid

12-13 for just overall boss owning.....again, maybe the druid lol

most clerics id use is 2, used to use 3, but no challenge there

I use one Paladin mainly, simply because I like the challenge.

I don't see the challenge in running around with 33 alts besides healing them.

Take 8 crits(only 2 clerics) to fight the Time Knight, Giant Chameleon or Blue Dragon or maybe 8 druid to kill Gh'ul'arg you will see the challange.

Lot of game has been changed to suit larger partys Malok for eg. needs at a minimum 9 thieves to take him out i could point out a heap of other things but i guess you get the idea.

Dunno about you but i've always had a hard time gathering 10 people that will work together and i would rather play alone most times anyway.

Nightmist has ur challange if you use one alt or 12.
