Idea one:
Not supported.
Though it happens, I don't like it when people shove code it their emails that tells them when I've read it... I don't like it when people do that with forum pm's...
I personally wouldn't like it to happen with memos, even if it were possible, and even though in principle it would be useful, and probably quite a good idea ^^
Sometimes I like some... time... to think about a response to things I've been sent. If people can tell that I've read them, they might get more annoyed that I haven't answered.
I've had it happen with emails "oh I sent you this... I
know you read it yesterday because it said... why didn't you answer me?"
It's entirely selfish of me, but I wouldn't want that fuss over nightmist memos ^^
(I
might support it if there was someway of an individual
choosing if they wanted their memoer to be notified.
For example if I could type /toggle memonotify or something... and that would stop people from seeing if I'd read them or not... that would be fine.
and if I could type /toggle memonotify and let people see that I had... that would be fine too.
I just wouldn't want it to be set in stone that people would
definately know)
Idea two:
Supported.
I can't count the number of times I've wanted to refresh my memory over what I said to someone after using /p history to see what they said back.
Yep theres console... and simply saving the text... but its awkward, and you just
know that the time you need to use it, you'll have greyscreened... and so "/p sent" would be
very useful.
/p sent would definately be supported
