OK I think there was a post like this before but I'm not sure so here it goes.

Fighters should have there own abilities, not a lot but a couple like maybe one called like "Couragous Strength" which will boost up your attack power by maybe 5 maybe 6 to unleash a powerful attack at one time. Or maybe like a mental move called "Heroic Sheath" which will raise you dexterity and wisdom so that you can dodge attacks and magic more often. Or what Skydragon suggested to me is to add an ability like maybe "Double Strike". Where instead of using a shield you can hold two weapons at a time to strike twice with two weapons, 'OR' hold a weapon with two hands to do more damage with it like hold a pike or a halberd like that.

I don't know I just thought it was a good idea, (even though it will just get laugh and scorned at) but I thought I'd give it a thought.

and we could give them a new defence, let's call it, "flying in the air" where the fighter uses two shields to fly like a bird and avoid all melee attacks!

way to powerful of additions and if you have actually seen fighters recently in moshes triplexs an prof tourneys they are fine the way they are

As you flap your arms the shields lift you up into the air, preventing you from being hit by swords and other stuff!!
