The other day, Mike (Condemned) and I were going to duel, he made both of us invisible, and he ran out of town, we were going to hit when the invis wore off.
He was casting beam on me while he was invisible, and it didnt reveal him for some reason. Im not sure how that works or not, I was curious if it was a bug or something, or was that happening because we were in the same party or what?

or he was hitting attack/invis so quick you coudnt see him visible

I noticed that in the clan house arena about a week or two ago. Vince's thieves could assassinate me and even my covert thieves while he stayed hidden. And there were other crits in the room no covert or invis. I just thought it was a clan thing in the clan house arena. Maybe theres more to it than just the clan house.

The answer to your guys questions. You were partied up witht them. So you could infact hit them to even if they were invis 
im pretty sure. 
its a party thing. Unparty and it wont work

Didn't one of the last updats change that? Covert thieves always came uncovered after an assassination? I'm not sure if it is the same principle though
