this mighta been previously posted but i dun care

u could make a table-top version of nm like dnd or sumthing

jus convert 2 d20, d6, etc. format n notify wizards or sumthin

look at all the people that play nightmist online if about half of them bought the game stuff (books wutever) n they got there friends 2 buy the stuff, so on, n u get a percentage of those sales plus an upfront payment u could fund this game almost forever

it might sound stupid 2 sum but thats probably cuz they never played a real rpg

i myself like rpgs like dnd n vampire n i no i myself would buy a copy of this game/books wutever

look at the makers of dnd n they copied it offa lord of the rings

jus leave ur input n ill probably add more stuff later

Unless the game was mass produced JLH and Simon would have to cahrge huge amounts to make a profit. It also could backfire on any plans for taking the current version of NM PTP if people found the table top games more appealing.

i used to play another game and to avoid pay to play they got some sponsor or something that everytime u logged on the game a pop up window comes out and the game got like 1 cent per pop up and it kinda ads up each time u log on a alt close a little pop up

I think this would be awesome

Due to a d*** virus im grounded from the net until im 18 (dont ask) and I have like an hour to play in the dead of the night off free internet. I'd love an offline version to play.

You roll your crits and train them and such, but, BUT! You cannot transfer characters from offline to online. that would make this game way to easy.

This would also give many people insentive to donate. I dont really care bout donating money to get some crappy picture, im afk and dnd most of the time anyway. I would actually send some money to JLH if he were to develop an offline version.

I also have a rudimentry knowledge of basic incase staff needed some help. I might be able to lend a hand.

Overall, i support this idea. This would be a great insentive to play and donate money.

I don't pretend to be an expert but aren't offline games easily hacked? I suppose some people might say it doesn't matter as it's only on your own pc but still… I hate playing things that can be hacked, as people will always own you unfairly and illegally.
