Hey so I'd like to see the Aegis of Light obtainable game as it's a cool item and would be a nice addition for Paladins. I was thinking this could be an added drop to the Ethereal Confine, possibly a bit rarer than the Sword of Light.

One complaint that I have is that Pendant of Light is even more of a pipedream now, but it seems like Chapel Key drops at least a little more often now.

 

The rarity of so many keys is really, really frustrating honestly. I get not wanting us to flood the game with everything, but I also think it is weird how so much of gameplay is bottlenecked by keys. I do wish there was a different option for reaching real bosses.

Like, could there be a guarded path like the Spiraling Staircase but with a Burton blocking instead of a Black Knight? Way harder than the Chapel Key path, but opening the area up rather than gatekeeping...

 

 

I do wish there were alternatives to the Pendant of Light, especially now that it is 50% less obtainable.

It is not a paladin-only item, so it is rough to have locked away as a paladin-only option. I've previously suggested ideas like being able to craft multiple Bloodstone drops from Resca into a purified alternative to PoL.
