I believe we have a small issue with the H-Orc being a bit of a power race now. With the +1 Dex and its armor bonus I believe it makes the race a bit too strong.
Perhaps deleting the armor bonus would be a good thing to produce a bit more balance?
Thoughts?

It's only 1 dex, Dwarf still have 18, Human still have 19 (Helf just don't count), both are better choices over Horc imo, Horc get +1 str from Dwarf a little bonus armor and now -1 Dex behind Dwarf, nothing considerably OP?, i really don't see the big effin deal here there are other things that need fixed before anyone looks at horcs.

You forgot to mention the other 3rd of the debate. Constitution. +1 compared to Dwarves. It makes a difference, Adema is proof of that.

Didn't occur to me as i'd still take a Dwarf/Human over a Horc any day of the week like any sane person
