Critical Strike Vs Monsters

Okay people trying to drive support for this, staff seem onboard with the idea, but it all comes down to us (players) so lets give some feedback on this and make it happen :lol:

Currently i'm using Dangerous with 22 str, 17 Int & 22 dex. Been testing hits alot recently PVP in regards to Critical Strike. PVP it seems fine, i do maybe 2 CS's in 2 rounds, sometimes if i'm lucky i get more but it dosen't really occur as much as i would like. What i'm really interested in is Critical Strike vs Mobs. Currently and anyone who owns a fighter will tell you they really do lack PVM unless you have a Cleric buffing you 24/7.

The point of this topic is to get support and have this implemented so please keep the topic clean and positive, if you don't agree then feel free to give reasons why but just keep it clean.

supported as long as fighters didn't get 10 stam AND Critical strike.... they just are too OP on pvp right now

I agree with Cody 10 stam with CS is to much.. it should be used for mobs as well though to make this class a viable option.

I'm certain the 10 stam will get nerf'd as most of the playbase disagrees with it including myself, but this post is about CS vs Mobs, so try keep on topic :lol:

I myself do not own a fighter but I support making the ability more so directed towards pvm to bring new life into training fighters. Deffy make it more powerfull or increase the chances of hitting in pvm. Just my input.

yes i believe they should add the CS to monster mobs, because even if you do own a cobalt, even tho some ppl dont, attacks still get blocked alot an do hardly any damage without having a cleric to help train an buff you up.

I'm absolutely supportive for Critical Strike working on monsters, and it would have been implemented in the update, but JLH is uncertain about certain parts of the mechanics due to the engine's inner workings - we're in the process of resolving those.

Lots of players think critical strike might be to op when it comes to pvp.

A solution could be to moderate cs pvp and introduce it pvm.

Lets say cs works like 40% pvm where it would make training more fun and a bit faster.
A fighter is pretty boring to train with no special skills. CS might help on that.


PvP i would reduce the effect to half of what it is versus monsters so if 40% pvm it should be 20% pvp.

With the earlier stam now for fighters + 10 stam at level 40 they don't need cs to be as powerfull versus players but versus monsters it would help training a lot.
