No, there are a few bosses for lower levels scattered around; understandably, they aren't as numerous as bosses for higher levels.

no. theres desecrated church in sewers for 15 and under the drops sucks, you have scarlet daggers guild with numerous drops in nightmist city itself for lvl 20 and under for thieves clerics mages druids, you have the dying woodland northwest of nightmist with shield of faith spawn (watch out for the gargoyle) 21 and under for paladins clerics druids, spider caves in the meadows with the prize being a spider staff (good to have those for the gargoyle) 22 and under, theres erucle swamps north of large forest/stream which has quite a few drops for lvl 25 and under, and theres another swamp east of dendeya which is completely useless (no drop, bad gold, and hits hard) for lvl 25 and under. there are only a few besides crocodile and centipede but most of nightmist doesnt care about low lvl's anymore, maybe 4 or 5 years ago when more people played but within a month or 2 most people are already 25+ so people dont request more of them, they just want better equips for lvl 30+
edit: there's also sewer drainoff, a hard area with a cap of like 20-23 i dont remember, i drops blade of sacrifice which is rather useless; and on main you have the rooftops with numerous advanced healing potion examines, and a couple boss drops

Not the most useful drop in the world, but the Locksmith certainly must drop every key in the game judging by that. I also ran out of mana just before I killed him, so it got a bit tense!

Thanks goes to Clay for giving me an amulet of windia so I could buy a spare orb of time, and it ended up coming in handy.
Used all my pots and they modded it for me before I went back. Was hoping for it to only cost 80k, but turned out costing 140k to solo it x.x
