This doesn't seem like a very good suggestion to me... not many mages are going to get rid of intelligence to use a weapon when all they use is magic to do damage and not many druids would use it because it takes away str, dex, and wis plus it has a low base damage. that's just my opinion though

I agree with Phibie! If your going to lower the mages intel you must at least give the weapon a higher base damage to even make it appeal to a mage! As for a druid wanting one, well they might aswell buy a Cobalt Staff Of The Winds as it's the same price!!
