(spell level * the caster level * 200)/25 worth of exp to create it.
New Skill Brew Potion for caster classes too. 10*caster level*spell level to brew healing potions.
These scrolls should be useable by any other caster level (with a 25% + Wisdom + level) chance of actually working. (That is if the user did not write the scroll them self. If they did, then they have a 100% chance of success. Using a scroll should be a double attack action seeing as how it does not "Burn" any mana, but has the potential to do massive damage.
Also players should be able to modify thier current Equipment to some degree. How about adding a blacksmith shop. Burn say 25% of the new items base price in exp as well as require them to collect random items from around the game world to make these items. It will make getting to level 30 more fun, and the item database fuller.
As players upgrade thier items have at lease a 10% chance of the item breaking EACH time it is worked on. Also All upgrades make the item magical. Also dont allow any more then 10 upgrades per item, and dont allow upgrades on monster drop items ie Centepede gloves, or crocodile boots.
