I log into my account, its all good, Then, when I choose a character, it just sits there with all the buttons disabled like its loading, but it never loads.

Help?

try hitting enter a few times that might help while it looks like it loading

Happens to me sometimes too. I've found if you type in the crit name in the "Type crit to play" box and hit enter it'll load the crit
