Actually the weapon was created about 9 years ago, but the first one appeared in a mosh, and the mosh winner petitioned to stop any new ones appearing due to the intrinsic value of a one-of-a-kind item, even if it isn't all that powerful.
Long story short, a new weapon can now be bought in Tirantek on both servers.
