My idea is a group of players... who have no staff power abilitys but a area for players lvl 30 only can write talk and discuss ideas in game this area would be no clan chat no yells no friend chat, page and reg chat allowed (basicly a quiet place)

only one alt is allowed (that is arch)
there would be the ability to write scrolls (at work station)
the first sqare woudl be a pub wich would requier a pass
posably a tp at the pub wich will only tp u to the three main citys nm, rh, and arlin one way only of course, the pub would be a holding place for alts if for some reason you decide to bring them... your arch would have to be with ur alts to enter the pub with the pass and alts could go no farther

I'v added a map to show what it would look like I put it in the desert at the bottom might be to close to ss, here how the rooms would look be arranged,

I will add these below the map since the map is huge

1 Pub (also Holding area for alts)
2 Kitchen
3 Shower (suna)
4 Bank
5 Mana Shop
6 Pot shop
7 and up are desks (only place where you can write on a scroll) posably a command like /write scroll *and what you want to write* once your done with the scroll type /roll scroll
and to edit pick up and type /edit scroll?

also posably personal vult that u can go up to get to if there was a pre aranged desk for each person with a pass

You keep mentioning writing scrolls. What purpose does writing in scrolls provide? What are they writing in them?

umm to write there ideas for what ever they are trying to work on in nm its not totaly nessacery but would be a good thing to have

the idea was to let ppl have a place to talk and colaberate w/o having to post a idea, then posting there first draft or what ever... and it wouldn't be oppen to every one just thouse who staff think try and add to the game, as it is there is pretty much no where in game that u can have a place where u don't see some one's yells or ppl runing by makes conversations not plyable in game
