lol the topic says old but this is new , lol
Hunter : Equipped with Boomerang
Race : Human , Dwarf , Elf , Half-Elf and Gnome
Abilities : Rapid Throw , Megaton Throw and Strengthen
Description for Rapid Throw (lvl to use 15)
Ability to throw the boomerang faster (like rapid shot)
Megaton Throw (lvl to use 27)
Throws the Boomerang more Powerful but decrease Hp by 15 and drains all stamina
Strengthen (lvl to use 1)
Decrease Dexterity by 3 and adds 3 to Strength
Weapons :
for lvl 8 : Wooden Boomerang
for lvl 13 : Iron Boomerang
for lvl 17 : Golden Boomerang
for lvl 23 : Spiked Boomerang
for lvl 27 : Enchanted Boomerang ( Magical )
Note : i have weapon descriptions and i'll put it in later 
Example :
Jabberwock is a Male Dwarf Journeyman Hunter. He looks extremely strong, wise, fast, and cute. In one hand he holds an Iron Boomerang in the other hand is Iron Shield. He is wearing an Oak Vest, and a Studded Helm protects his head. Around his neck sits a Silver Amulet. He is wearing a Claddagh Ring, and Centipede Gloves on his hands. His feet are protected by Crocodile Skin Boots. He is a Chairman (¯`·._)(JåßßërwöÇk )(_.·´¯) of (¯`·._)( Rëvølvër )(_.·´¯) and he is in a healthy condition.
that's JUST an EXAMPLE
the hunter's equipments are similar to ranger's equipment
i made Iron Boomerang colored so u could see it CLEARLY
Memo Jabberwock for info or if you wanted to ask the Weapon Descriptions

they could use SOME fighter's weapon too , but i don't think knife is a weapon for em

You still didn't answer my question about halflings. Plus...I've never heard of "hunters" hunting animals/people with Boomerangs, they're usually hunting with sharper-type weapons, i.e. a knife/dagger. Using a boomerang is kind of like beating a person over the head with a rock...

This class is too much like the ranger class, and it's way too overpowered. Think of some NEW abilities and it might be good.

rofl yeah, just a ranger class with new name. It has the same weapon (enchanted Boomerang instead of bow), rapid fire (same level, just called rapid shot). And I wouldn't think of hunters as a 'boomerang' wielding class, more like spears/bows.

Actually I dont think it is that much like the ranger class, but merely a exact replica of zerkers, rapid shot is same as zerk with no hp drain, megaton throw is the same as smite with the hp drain, and the strengthen ability is same as rage.
When making "new" ideas, usually it is best not to just copy everything.

Ok, a boomerang is a very inefficient weapon unless your planning on killing someone with one shot, and it's alot harder to crack a humans head than it is to crack a kangaroos.
