I have an elf 18 20 19 18 20 14. one is it worth the effort to lvl with -1 int and 2 is it common for mages to only recieve 8 hp when they lvl? ???

Mages now get 8 HP per level with 18 con as opposed to the previous 7 per level, so no complaining there heh.

1 int won't make a noticeable difference, so unless you are a perfectionist, don't worry about it.
