Sounds to me like it could be the boss drop for the mage tower in Dendeya. Was told the drop would be a weapon for mages, this seems fitting.

Mage tower isn't open yet and I doubt it ever will be. Either that or it will be turned into a half finished area with a boss slapped in somewhere. The whole tower seemed like a far fetched idea anyways. Saphyne wanted to do like 5 large lvls and expect mages to be able to lvl in it. Think of it like the museum, except only mages can go in it.

Well, nobody knows what its for yet and if its the boss drop for the mage tower as I think it is, then nobody will have one for another year or so.
