everyone reply to this saying how many HP your dwarf thief has, what his/her con is and what level it is. i just started my first dwarf thief today. so far...

Well, got a couple of older Dwarves.. So it's not really fair to compare.. But hey, here they are:

All 21 con.
Level 20: 203
Level 25: 249
Level 27: 268

All done before the HP changed.. Except the 27, who leveled twice recently.

dognapot/esthero, 21 con, 300 hp at 28. 330 at 30. done before the hp change, done before constitution change, done before the dexterity change.

It was something like, JLH and Pandilex both denied anything changing, yet all new crits were gaining more HP than older crits.

Basicly, level a crit now, is better than it used to be.

They havent denied it...that is why they're doing the re-level, but i think that its been turned off for rangers atleast...which is crazy cause now there is atleast one lvl 28 that will probably get 300+ hp...and there is no way it will be achievable ever again...but that hp for rangers is too high...the change they made (getting more 10s and min gain of 8) was too dramatic, now it is set so they cannot get 7s, which is a much better change, so it is basically just that new crits get better hp, it is good in my opinion...everyone does the same ammount of work to get a crit to high lvl, why should some end up with 30 hp less than others?

HP change was like the roller change =p... A while ago it was impossible to get better then 3 stats perfect. Then one day the roller was changed (har har they denied it to not have to let everyone re roll).

Str: 21, Int: 17, Dex: 18, Con: 21, Wis: 16, Chr: 14, Lev: 29, Exp: 182,747,122, HP: 284, MP: 0, Stm: 5.

Only leveled once since hp change, rest done before hp change.
