ok this has been annoying me for a long time now. i can't covert with my thief when i'm out of stamina but when i use covert it doesn't take a stamina. so i would like to c this changed.
option 1: you can covert when your out of stamina (not a good idea cuz after an assassinate thief can covert again).
option 2: make covert take a stamina.

I think this is just fine the way that it is.
Being covert does use stamina when moving. Which makes sense, one would have to move with more stealth and more slowly if covert.
After assassinating you should not be able to quickly hide away unless you assassinated successfully.

the problem is that you can't read 
look lol if you are out of stamina you can't covert cuz you are too exhausted (follow me?).
now when i have full stam i can covert. yet it doesn't take a stamina to covert. so it doesn't make sense to make it impossible to covert withouth stamina when it doesn't take a stamina. so i say:
make going covert use a stamina!
like a thief has got to hide. it's not like he's standing somewhere and "poof" he's gone.

When you have no stamina, you can't walk normally on any class. But when you do have stamina it doesn't use a stamina to start walking normally. So by your logic your saying that it should take a stamina to start walking? Covert is fine as it is, it shouldn't take a stamina to go covert, just as it shouldn't take a stamina to start walking. But when you have no stamina, you don't have the energy to start walking, just like you don't have the energy to hide.
