Posting for Despair ....

I've recently had problems connecting to Nightmist/Nightmist website/Nightmist forum . . . I've
contacted my ISPand reinstalled windows. My ISP said my internet/cable modem seems to be
working fine. I've done a tracert to Nightmist-online.co.uk and even that came back fine. When
I try to load either the webpage or forum pages it says can not find server/The page can not
be displayed.

All my other programs is working fine and every webpage can be opened appart from the nightmist one.Do you have any idea what the problem could be and how I could resolve this?

can he telnet the server (as in the faq) on ports: 80 (web), 8080 (interactive website), 110 (game), 20000 (game)?
for the web to not work i'm surprised, the game wouldn't work if his ip was banned, but the web service or router doesn't have any banned ips setup on it.
