Aight I got a thorn key today and went to atrium, and suprise suprise he wasn't home... This is some bs man when the gcb is killed the atrium should automatically be spawned at the same time to avoid u wasteing ur time on waiting for gcb then useing ur only key to go to a boss thats not home. Atrium doesnt drop anything valuable enough to go through all that trouble but the items would still be nice to have..Staff should really consider doing this becuz this is about the 3rd time this has happened and it gets annoying.

I think it should be changed so that thorn keys are deleted after the next GCB is killed. Each time the GCB is spawned so is the atrium monarch. So if a crit logs off with the key and the GCB comes up when they log back on they don't have the key sitting on a crit. (when they log off so it's not like, disappearing while they're running over to atrium)
It would be good because it'd prevent people from just storing keys, it would make the atrium there when you kill the GCB and keep people from hoarding keys and killing w/o killing the GCB part of the idea.

It will also be easier cause you already know no one else will come in and kill you or steal your kill..
You people should just play one of those games where everything is done for you, that would be fun

...People do not come to AM that often in the first place, I don't get jumped by often either. If someone came to Atrium while i was there odds are they would either leave, pick off a few of my crits and log/die or some how manage to overcome a party of 12 with 2 clerics and 10 attackers sitting with full spells...then i would come back with another key and tear the fk out of them.
The point of what i was saying was that it would force people to use they keys rather than having them sit around all the time and then having others who've gotten the GCB screwed over by it constantly not being in.
And I should play a game where everything is done for me.

I don't think the current system is a problem, and I've wasted plenty of keys.. The only problem with the atrium in my opinion are the drops being comparable to ones in shop. Kinda makes the trip to the atrium a bit useless, but hey if prices on keys would go down then it would kinda be like getting a free drop? 
Maybe if the Giant Cinder Beast spawned more often 'wasting' a key wouldn't seem like such a big deal......just a thought

orrrrrr, gcb not spawn more regularly, but instead atirum monach be set up to spawn minutes fater it dies. reasoning behind it, is as i understand it, atrium is 1 square, you use key to get in, boss cant spawn while your sitting there, you log off, your sent to local, so it only makes sense, that you cant repeatedly kill them without multiple keys right. thats where cinder beat coems in, it only spawns once a day right, so you dont have a ton of keys floating around. and if you have to log with the key for some reason, you can use what your earned next time you want to. i just dont think having atrium spawn more frequently to cause this from happening, is a bad idea
