Recently I'me made 3 new rangers and I havent made any before this. They are all lvl 17 and I am looking for a place to level. Ever since lvl 15 I stopped going to swamps with I cannot Dual Shot with my torch :) Last 2 lvls I have gone all over and I am just curious where you guys think would be the best monsters to fight thanx

low level rangers are... well... awful
poor hp, low armour, hit for next to nothing the odd time when they DO hit, only special move is DS which cant be used with a torch and seems to half your chance of hitting (from nothing to less than nothing) for little extra damage
So..
Log on a few arch crits and kill things until you have enough money to buy a decent (L25) ranger... it took me 24 days gametime to get one to arch
Once you are lev 25 you go from being the worst class in the game to one of the best. Log a cleric and pally in for spells, and go to desert/barracks

As for clerics, a lev 18 cleric can out heal a single sand spider/scorpion, but meet more than one and ur dead. You really need a l24+ cleric (for 3rd regen)

Thanx alot you guys thats what im doing now, selling those rangers and working on something else. What do you think is a good class to work on getting to arch first? Zerk? Theif? maybe fighter I have no clue- The Rangers are on the Crits For Sale forum also if you guys want to bid, lvl 17 on all good stats halflings

Id only really suggest going for a thief if you know a good way to power train.
