What rangers have you guys lvled from 1? I hadn't every really worked on any low lvls except for thieves (to sell them at 21 for profit) until we spent somewhere around 3.5 mill on lvl 1s  highest ive trained a ranger from 1 so far is lvl 20 
edit- but the 3.5 mill was well worth the 7 crits we got...all lvl 1 except monarch..was at lvl 16 for a cr and 30k..
