There not too bad, but I'm not really fond of Human rangers, they just don't seem as good as elf/halflings. I would suggest rolling a halfling, and aim to get 18 x 21 18 17+ 15+

my reasoning is as follows . . .
Strength Human Rangers are the only Ranger class that can get 19 Strength, this extra damage is the only true advantage Humans have over other Ranger classes and is best used to your advantage as the extra damage can come in useful especially when you get a full round in . . .
Intelligence Mainly for aspheric purposes I like all my crits to have 11+ Int (Even though a few don't  ) because anything below 11 int will make the crit "smart" when looked over instead of "wise" regardless of your wisdom . . .
Dexterity This in my opinion is an essential stat to be maxed . . . Most Archmaster Rangers ingame are running around with 23 dex so you need to take as much as you can get here . . .
Constitution This is an essential stat for all classes/races, Human Rangers not excluded . . . a stat if used to your advantage can leave you with over 290 HP at lvl 30 (perhaps even more now the new HP system has been put in)
Wisdom A stat that in the past has been disregarded by many for classes that don't use any kind of magical attack (a quote by many - "I rarely bump into mages") . . . Well with the upcoming "Scroll of Devastate" being released into game mages will become a lot more popular . . . and when fighting an Archmaster mage you need every bit of help you can get . . .
Charisma I personally don't find this stat quite as useful as some do . . . Charisma effects your chance to hypnotise or be hypnotised and also plays a small part in how much healing classes heal you for . . . I do like to keep my Charisma above 16 again for aspheric purposes as anything above 16 Charisma makes the crit "sexy" when looked over . . .
This is just my opinion Im sure a few will disagree with some of my points but this should give you a basic idea of what to look for when rolling a Human Ranger

I would strongly advise not keeping that human ranger. Humans are only good if you have 5 stat, if not then they just don't hold up to halflings or elves.

now you have a crit with same str as a halfling, 2 less dex and 2 less wis.
means it's worse then a halfling.
