These should be aloud to be worn by Pacifists. Mainly because pacifists use charisma for how much damage they do and other classes barely need it, so whats the point in giving an items thats practically usless to fighters, rangers and thieves when pacifists could make good use of them.

Well I guess with the charisma bonus they'd be useful to rangers... the hypnotism and all. MORE useful to pacis, but useful to rangers
