I doubt it, be good if you could party for moshes and heal your team-mates.

OH MAN

The comepletly anonymous moshes would work perfect for these guys...

I can just see a ranger rapid firing one of these fellas and dropping himself because he didnt know it was a pacifist! LOL

Yes of course, Which was the whole point of that post but nevermind.

One question, Will they have anything that will make exploring with them a worthwhile adventure?

can't be killed by other players

I could foresee exploring being rather difficult in some areas without being able to attack or join a party, such as getting to the desert or Dendeya. There is the possibility that they could have an ability to prevent their aggressors from attacking (some sort of tame feature), and be allowed to pass some of the monsters that normally require killing first. Or of course they might just have to sit there for hours and wait for a nice old lady to help them across the road ::). Seriously though, I’m sure it’ll all be good fun; its not as if it’ll be taking anything away from the classes we already have.

I intend to go around healing and feeding the masses while I recite Bible verses:)

Thou shall not kill

Since they can't be killed I have to ask. Can thieves steal from them?

i think steal is considered an attack

So if a thief steals from a pacifist, will the pacifist get the thief's money?

The Demonic General & Spider King is going to be taken over by Pacifists as no one can kill them no one can do anything about them being at these bosses ....

:-/

Edit: Sorry about going off topic but Im too lazy to make my own topic

You don't have to be on one crit and be the only one going to the General. You could have 10 Rangers track him. Or just tag along behind your party (Well, maybe not exactly your party..).

they are going to own these bosses. All they have to do is sit south of dg square, and move them all north when it spawns..

anyone can easily move 5 Pacifists one by one to the general in just a couple of mins

just watch you'll see when people start getting higher lvl Pacifists

And I like the idea of this . . . it gives other people who arent in big clans a chance to go to bosses without being killed as soon as they get there  ;D

and of course on a long enough timeline even that will be abused. it would really be best to just take away thier offensive abilities all together and replace them with optional labor skills but that would wind up meaning that needs for new skills would have to be made, which means new items, areas, and revisions of current areas and towns. blah.

It's not like only one pacifist can be on a sqaure at a time...you could singley take them there (to the sk/dg) if you really wanted to...
