Since you are asking this question, I'm inferring that you don't have much higher alt power. If you do then you might want to try and kill 'Mayor Tvarti' (located in Sarka). If you don't then you may want to spend the 30-ishk gold on a 'Museum Key' and a 'Stair Key 1' and train on the 'Modern Art Sculpture's in the 2nd Floor of the Museum. You can make awesome gold. You might want to stay up there long enough to make enough gold to get your gold back from spending the 30k on the Museum and Stair keys.
On another note, do you know what /tribute is?
Note: No paci helmets.

Yeah, I've been training paci's for people with lvls 22-25+.. and have no idea where to go now.. since they're paci's and stuff are poor... and a racks aren't exactly the best place to go either.

They miss and have partial hits ALOT.
About 25-30 dmg on a full hit though. I have 87 armor when I tested this.

For lower levels take a Museum Key AND Stair Key 1 (so you don't have to worry about killing the money.) Depending on your level you can make upwards of 20k with a full load of mana. After that you still make plenty of money tributing.
