I keep having this idea; even posted it once, but I think I did something wrong: I never saw it in the lists. If I am repeating myself, please post to the effect or otherwise delete the thread.

It's annoying when you go to all the trouble to journey to kill the boss, and no one is home; or, there is no drop.

Perhaps the /read option could be coded to automatically record the last person's name and their clan, without giving time information away. Then if anyone cares, they can use the /read to find out who to contact. It's another reward for getting the drop, too.

i don't think that's really necessary. worst case scenario, no ones home, you still get exp+cash for checking.

for most areas its possible to find the boss with a small scouting party so you dont get the entire clan gussied up for nothing.

not a bad idea really, but i don't see it being all too helpfull.

Ummm I would never bring in any of my clans to a boss cause I honestly would kill it myself unless it was a clan trip.
