Setting up a clan house can be Much fun. It would be nice to have a lil more variety in rooms to add. Cut down on the redundance of arenas, kitchens, saunas etc.
New rooms::
Hall - 10k
Sleeping room - 30k
Living room - 50k
Grand entry way - 100k
Observatory - 300k
Arena (where u can fight monsters) - 1mil
Portal room (takes u to local) - 2mil 
Could get very creative.
Increasing the list of available rooms would give flare to the clan houses w/o having to deal with the afore mentioned -abuses of naming your own clan rooms- that i think stotic mentioned (or one of the staff i dont remember exactly).
