Just want to gather everyones opinion.

Should druids really be able to cast stone form and gaea's blessing on top of eachother? Or do you think one of the two spells should be reduced?

IMO The spells are just too powerful, druid armor shouldn't be more powerful than mage. Oh and I've skimmed through forums, please dont say I'm saying this because "I don't own a druid" because you'd be very wrong. Anyway, post your opinions.

I do think druids are slightly over-powered. And think one of the armor spells should be lessened.

Druids spells are fine. I think the key is not to lower the class to fit in with others, its to raise the other classes. Otherwise it just gets stupid.

i say you can't cast ontop of eachother. that would solve it, just like paladins can't cast divine prayer and champions strength at the same time.

Yet you can have enhance and RF at the same time. You can't use that as 'evidence' when it isnt the case.

If they are left the same all Mage armor spells should be able to be stacked. Giving Mages aproxx 500ac.

However, yes I agree that druid armor spells need to be reduced. Or one increased and non-stackable.

I say they're fine but if something must be done then I'd go with what Eternyte said, increase Gaea's and make it unstackable.

That could actually make them more powerful if Gaea's was increased a good bit. As of now.. when a druid casts Gaea's, stoneform and then morhps, he/she only has the extra ac of the stoneform spell for 1 minute. Then there are 4 minutes left where there is only Gaea's protecting the druid until the morph wears off. Increasing Gaea's would give it even more ac for those four minutes.

They are more a defensive class. They are able to attain a higher ac than fighters, but while they hit for about the same as a fighter while morphed, they only get 5 stam at lvl 29, compared to the 6 stam at lvl 28 with fighters. That makes all the difference.

I don't have much experience with mages.. but it sounds like they could use a good revamp.

druids are defensive
mages are offensive (well they should be more offensive than a druid their spells need to do alot more damadge then a druid)

Just typical. Mages quest armor is 30ac, mages best robes are 100k, and +1 on golden robes, and said quest armor.

Many posts have been brought up about the amount of armor druids are able to amount with their spells, this is also due to the base armor they can achieve in the first place.

We have be advising that it's been to much for a long time, yet still items are brought into the enhance druids armor. Antlers, which is the same as mages quest helm, witches hat. Then recently another armor is attainable for druids with a 45ac, dragon's skin.

Every single class has an armor which is better than champions belt, it's about time mages had something going for them. With all this extra armor druids are able to wear, something needs to be done about their spells atleast.

This whole argument about a druid's armor is really pointless. As I've stated and proven in the past, neither a Druid's nor a Mage's armor stops the amount of damage given by Assassinate or Smite. And while Assassinate is a theives main offensive attack (comon, who just 'attacks' with theives nowadays?), Berserkers can easily perce armor with their Berzerk OR Smite. Spelled up completely (118 armor, not the richest guy in NM), I was rounded after two hits from a berzerker's hally. A Berzerker who was two levels lower than me, mind you. The only thing that happens to them is they get a weapon with an extra base damage (adamant warhammer).
Leave druids alone, their perk is armor.

Drop Mages fizzle rates and mana costs.
Give them Flame at level 10, Blast at lvl 15, Beam at 20, Untweaked Devestate at 28.

/two cents
