Is morph effected or altered by any stats?
 
Also, as I have not played a druid in a long...long time, how
long does it last? (I do know that they  changed it a while
back to be a one time cost...right?)

One time cost of 100 mana, you also gain back HP. You stay morphed for 5minutes and can't cast any other spells. No stats affect the casting of Morph, but obviously, affect the usual things. You hit for more, and more often with Morph on.
 
Normally, it's best to cast Gaea's first, then Camo then Morph, i find it best, then obviously refresh HP/MP (tend to do that from clan house, when training)..
