I dont think charisma aids druids in any way, excluding hypnotism from rangers. So no great effect.
1 Strength is neither here nor there considering morphs.
1 widom will help for more mana, and magical defense.
Since you cant actually create a Gnome Druid it was kinda pointless comparing them. They both have strengths and weaknesses.
I think they roughly even each other out, but personally I would prefer a Gnome Druid, but since they cant be made. Who cares?

Elves generall get more hp, mine with 17 con has been getting 9 hp on average, sometimes 10 (druid) The extra wisdom helps, as you get slightly more mana and your spells are more effective (based on wis)
Personally I think elves would beat gnome.. but yeah, it was kinda pointless in comparing 'em lol

I think Elves are better. You can add an AoH for dex, but it's much harder to get +2 wis on a halfling.

Horror - you said about Elves getting more hp. Gnome mages at level 30 average about 233. Elf mages at level 30 average about 220hp.
Both with 18 cons, thats how I concluded that Gnomes gain more hp. Also the 2 Gnome thieves I've owned both had more hp than most halfings, and Dwarves with 18 cons.

I have 4 druids right now, 2 elves and 2 halflings. My elves are awesome, but the halflings seem to receive higher hp and the elves are better off with their mp. Honestly there is no difference in their ability really. I haven't attempted a human as of yet but may do that soon.

Halfling Druids do tend to get much better HP and hit more often with their 21 dexterity. They also get the same MP as Elves, and as far as I understand, their fizzle rates are the same.

Have you leveled a Halfling Druid with the new HP system? They get really nice HP. Mine has 219 HP at level 23. My friend has several druids, all Elf, and they will end up getting 15-20 less HP at level 30. As far as Humans go, I don't know. You don't see too many Human Druids going around nowadays.
Edit: Doing some math...considering my Halfling gets 9's each level until 30, 9*8=72. 219+72=291. Not bad, eh?
