The effect of this spell is the victim cannot move or attack while this spell is in effect, allowing the druid time to run away. The recipient also cannot be attacked.
Due to the fact that my previous version of this spell included vines and was told that it wasn't a good idea to have two spells that had vines in it, I have a better idea. The druid uses his powers to cause slabs of earth to rise up around the opponent, trapping him. This could also work on monsters just that they can't attack or follow you off the square.
Duration= 5-10 seconds depending on your level.
This would provide an adequate time to run away while not making the enemy stuck for large amounts of time.
Requirements= Level 25+ and costs 5k+

As it stands your idea seems too much like grasping vines, and you have actually incorporated vines into the description. Why not just make it a completely different spell with similar effects such as some sort of ‘stun’, or improve on the current grasping vines spell.
Level 5 would also seem a bit low considering druids only get heal with this level of experience.

1st: Mathematically, your enemy charisma is used against him, even it wasn't probably your intention.
2nd: When you are surrounded by slabs of earth, why do you need charisma? You don't even see the guy!
3rd: It is a player only spell. Such thing isn't quite common.
But I like the "slabs of earth" idea!
