Title: NM Helper program source code. Post by Jurian on 02/13/04 at 09:17:51 ok i've decided that since i don't want to finish making the program anymore and loads of ppl have asked me when i was going to finish it, that i'll give the source code to anyone that asks me for it. it's written in n00b vb (i'm not a great programmer) so don't expect any complicated code in it. (or any comments on what stuff exactly is) all i ask from you ppl, is to sent me updated versions to put on the nm helper website. AND TO LEAVE ALONE WHAT I MADE! i want it to be clear that i made the program (i need an ego boost really) layout has to stay the same and same text on it. basically your allowed to finish the program, add some new menu items if you want (or think they are needed) and put somewhere that you finished the program after me starting it :D if you don't know what the program is: http://home.quicknet.nl/qn/prive/ted.zaat/helper.htm (you'll get the beta program code since that has most stuff on it) edit: AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CHANGING THE "TO YOU" PART!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ooh and i'd like the program to only be downloadable from my site (it's the ego thing) edit2: kinda like it to have my kind of humor in the program (like when stuff has no description and all that but that's not madatory.) |

Post by JLH on 02/13/04 at 13:58:22 i suggest that if anyone works on it, they send the source code to jurian, where he can check it, then compile and post on his site. as being a popular program, someone is bound to be thinking about including a keylogger into it to steal people's accounts. |

And also seeing as JLH sorta endorses (<SP) it (placing a link to it on the main site) whoever attempts to change the code wouldnt be accomplishing much. And they wouldnt be able to get any praise for it. So what would be the point in editing the code? |
