ello!

I've been thinking for quite a while now about getting a nightmist t-shirt printed for myself, and I came up with a basic design of the nightmist logo & url on the reverse, and a picture of my character on the front right, with text on the left (Probably my character description).

The t-shirt will be entirely black & white, but due to my lack of any artistic talent, I am looking to see if there are any budding artists out there who would be willing to draw a groovy picture of Pandilex, basically resembling the in game description of my character. Purely black & white, with greyscale considered too if it looks good, sketches are great also.

As some inspiration, the winning design will have their palm laced with something interesting and unique in nightmist (undecided exactly what yet, but it will certainly be worth it:) and minor prizes (probably still unique!) to the next 2 runners up.

The size will have to be taller than it is wide, the higher the resolution the better, because I have no way of knowing how big I need the design to be.

My character description will be posted below as soon as I set it back to what it should be :-)

As i'm not such a great artist myself, i just want to suggest a prize, suitable for the task at hand.  A shield of Art.  A picture of one of those painting trays you usually see a french painter holding in a comic picture or something.  would be pretty cool, and amusing.

A paintBrush, in the style of a sword, it's attack base etc undecided as i do not know exactly how much you are willing to give to winners of the competition.

A magic overall.  obviously an overall would be what a painter would wear to shield them from splashed paint.  It would be similar in defence to perhaps...an ornate robe?

Unfortuately i can't draw, but good luck to everybody else.

Or another prize could probably be a museum key! :D. Because in the museum, there's plenty of art in there as some of you may know, to stare at it, watch it come alive, and destroy lol.

But other than the prize, I'm a pretty good amateur myself, it's just that I've never posted any on the internet and I've never submitted any. Oh, and another thing, lol, it seems as if the dire realms isn't working and under maintenance and the dire realms website seems to be invaded by Maneki the Cat, just to let you know if you don't already ::). Either that or maybe it's just me :-/.

Yep I'm not using the main site at the moment so I put the Maneki there, it's a photograph of the cat on my desk.

This is an old pic i drew awhile ago at an art class, whenever i first started to play NM. Needless to say, i was young and obsessed with the mix of classes and races.

Even though it is Orc-ish. It'd still be cool.

the name "Pandilex" can easily be placed on the picture.

Am I allowed to participate? Not saying that I would exactly, but I do draw, and on the chance I was inspired, Id like to know.

Drawing is my hobby. I mainly stick to cartoon pics for Mina and Anime for myself, but who knows, maybe I could draw a wizard.

I was wondering.. with the pics  does it have to be just the wizard? cos i got a lil dragon pic here that i drew a coupla years ago that reminded me of the Planar dragon so if i had a desc of pandi i could insert it infront of the dragon or something. lol lemme know and if not, ill go back to the drawing board heh.

Yeah that's totally true, but doesn't apply to me, because I'm a really nice guy, and everyone likes me, and I can kill anyone, and just between us, I'm really good looking, and I'm really good friends with staff, JLH and Pandilex email me cus we are friends <insert cheesy 'in joke' to make out as though I am tight with the admin>. I actually have heaps and heaps of friends, like too many to count, and did I mention I can totally pk anyone and I'd say I'm probably the best person at this game, but that's just my opinion, which is probably more important than yours,but it's still just my opinion. So yeah, people in this game are way into themselves hey? It's dumb, look how much of a better person I am than that.

just dont make the shirt an image of a mage or something nerdy.  in fact, dont make it a class at all, i say make it an icon, something cool that either makes "nightmist" small or doesntan't say nm at all, just the moon or something else.  the point is don't let people know what it is unless they play it.  my opinion anyways.  keep the people who don't understand out, and let the insider in.

In most cases players are the only nightmist players in their state.  Talk about exclusive.

They got rid of it Rattlesnake.  I guess its the only obvious answer I can give you.
