That is not the way the game works. If people log on just to annoy people, cuss at people, say crude, rude, and mean things, then there is no reason for them to play. They shouldn't be perm banned, but banning them for mean things and things like suggesting someone kill themself is defintaly a must.
I don't log onto Nightmist or go to SGH to sit there and listen to Darkling go on about stuff, get pissy, say things in general chat that shouldn't be said. The same should apply for other people who do just the same though.
