Did you "reset" using the website?

i jsut read that your hp is stored anyway with new crits. so it's pretty useless to reset through website and then re level since you'll just get the same hp again.

| don't know just don't do it then? edit: actually i think the thingy is that if you go up to lvl 2 and get 10 hp the 10 hp is stored for the thief. if you reset it to a dwarf zerker and you gain 13 hp the 13 is stored for the zerker. so if you relvl it as a thief you'll get 10 hp and as a zerker you wil lstill get 13 hp i think? totally not sure about this tho just read tadpole say'n your hp gains were stored since reset so relvl would be useless. think this would be the way it's done. which means releveling after resetting a crit is useless.

Nope, it uses a seed to generate the hp, so if you reset, you'll always have the same hp "randomly" generated. If you change class, you'll have a new set of "randomly" generated hp, and if you reset that without changing class, you'll still be using the same seed and therefore get exactly the same "randomly" generated hp. In other words, resetting your character doesn't get you new hp, and if you change your class, you get hp according to the new class, but you cannot cheat the system by switching to a new class then back! It's rather difficult to explain...

| I get the idea, so its not that hard to grasp. Not saying you have to go into specifics. Just saying that its understandable. Its like on D&D. A fighter rolls 1d10 each lvl for hps. If you reset the fighter (wipe its exp out) then the hps it gained from the previous exp is still there and you will get it back. Now if you reset it (keep the exp but try for better hp rolls and its the first time you do it) you have a chance of getting better hps. If you say reset the character and change the class it will get a whole new set of hps because with each class a different roll is needed. Fighters = 1d10 Rangers = 1d8 Clerics = 1d6 Thieves = 1d6 Mages = 1d4 Ect Ect
