Nope, cus it's a Dragons eye Gem..
The Blue being the first word, and Red as the second word.

I think it should actually be; Dragon's eye Gem.. Cus it's the Gem of a Dragon's eye... I think :-/

(i would think its just a gem that represents the eye of a dragon)
