It should say 14 online characters, not users.

Or it could say how many users and how many characters.

Would it be better if a person was part of a clan BY THE USER ACCOUNT instead of the CHARACTER ???

Then listing it by USER means that all of their ALTS are already part of the clan..... oh wait, paci's can't clan. nm.
