You can develop areas with out having the staff position area developer, just work hard at it and see what happens.  My guess is that if JLH is trying to make game "newb" friendly with the anti-pking acts, then he might understand a nice place for them to be introduced without fear of be nailed to the ground.

I do like your idea, just read the guidelines on the area development forum.  If you truly want an area of this sort, make sure you put alot of time and effort to make it gramatically correct and interesting.

When developing sizable areas, you should break it up into sections that can be put in the game individually and work on them one at a time. It'll help you stay focused if you can complete the smaller pieces as you proceed.

i know have it 9 areas, lol, got all the maps set, boss drops, and such, finishing touches on story are being added, then ill put on developement area, so that admins can see if its worthy Smiley
