wouldnt a cleric with lower str and higher wis be able to increase his stats more than the one with less wis?

I think it was more that no one wanted to bother replying.

I'd say no because I don't see any logic given for why that would work. Wisdom is more about how much you know. Enhancing strength has more to do with how strong a person is befoe you enhance them because there is more to make even stronger if there is more to begin with. At least that is how I see it, and how it is in game.

my thinking was higher wis would mean a stronger spell

for pally, wis affects how large the bonus is with enhancing spells.
I'm not sure if wis is the same for cleric...simply because I just started my first cleric in the last few days...but I do know that the spell "enhance" gives more if the target's str is high.
