Here we go;

Levels 1-8: Skeletons/North of grassy medow.

Levels 9-16: Barracks or just keep killing skeletons/north of grassy medow if you would like more protection.

Levels 17-30: Museum 2nd Floor/Barracks

This is pretty brief and I have seen clerics level to 18 in the swamps with a torch if they have high strength.

Ty but what if your only like lvl 10 and dont have another cleric and get pwnd in barracks lol ;D

As he said, Necro Tower, go to the Courtyard..
