Eh i had a lvl 10 with 200 hp never got to lvl 11 because it got deleted and yes...it was a dwarf

still bull nutz far as the hp bug goes i think max for both race is 18 hp per lvland the chances of 18's every lvl for 9 lvls highly doubt it

Calculator: 191 = if you got all 18s to 10. So yes Simulation your bullnuts.

Calc.: 200 even if you got all 19s to 10 on a half-orc with 22 con. (doubtful)

Ok i still think he is wrong as well but you missed out starting Hp that calculatuion would make starting HP only 11

The maths (18*10=180) (191-180= 11)
