Mage's Flame should work like a torch does in a swamp..

All other classes get to use torch or the other weapon.
Mages only ones that can't level there like all the other classes can.

I agree, i mean what's the differance between a torch emitting fire, and magical fire? It also puts mages at a disadvantage.

maybe mages should be able to make a torch with their flame? like put a stick on fire :D

i think it would be too much of programing if u can just easly (i hope so) make flame make more dmg on swamps stuff

I don't think spells have special attributes like weapons do. If so, then the whole spell would have to be redone probably. The idea is logical though.

i have paged jlh, pandilex, havanor, and cyric about this, cyric said that it was a good idea, and he would talk to jlh about it, havanor laughed at me, and jlh and pandilex ignored me......so......

It's also a lie. This thread is the first I've heard of it. My primary mortal crit is a mage, and the idea makes sense theoretically. But don't put words in my mouth.

lol, you did, you said hahaha and didnt say anything to me after that, so sush. and i talked to cyric because, 1) is designed almost all of it 2) he was adminastrator 3) no one else seems to listen to ideas (well at the time i talked to him)
