Does any actually steal from players anymore . . . I can almost say I miss seeing *Your pockets feel lighter*  now people have so many theives that all they ever do is *Assassinate* *Assassinate* *magically move without stam*  ::)

I vote bring back stealing

I dont understand what your suggestioning or talking about here. Are you sugeestioning that stealing from a player should not be shown on the person your stealing from screen?

And I dont know about you but my thief does not just *Assassinate* *Assassinate*. I like to do *Covert* *Assassinate* *Assassinate*  ;)

He's just saying that there are less people stealing from other players. People are using Thieves more for hit and runs instead of stealing from other players. He's just saying that he would rather see more people stealing from other players. Just not from himself.

I didn't think it was THAT complicated...

And I was also asking if anyone still used theives to steal more than complaining about hit and runs

Ya. Sorry if I worded that you were complaining about hit and runs. Just was trying to get across that people are using thieves more for hit and runs then stealing from other players. I know exactly where your coming from. Although I don't really have a high enough thief to safely steal... I would be all over the place stealing from people when my thief hits about 23+.  ;) You better watch out. MWHAHA.  :P

it is only my opinion
but i think the most people find it easier to assassinate than steal
it is much better to kill somesting/-one(u get all the gold it/he/she wear and (much) more exp)

if i am wrong i've stolen from the wrong people

You don't get any experience from killing players, and sometimes you can't kill a player.. so stealing would be a good idea.

i still steal from people. not so much nowadays because the steal ability has been watered down like it was going out of style.

I don't steal much right now but I think once I get my halfling thief higher up I'll use him to steal gold from people like a madman, thats one of the main reasons I got thiefs was for there ability to steal, and perhaps they should stop watering it down as dogna put it?

I used to keep a thief somewhere just to check if people were there and if they were i'd steal gold off them for awhile then log off..depending upon who was there i'd run there or not with diff crits and do what i had to do....but havnt done that for along time.....as a matter a fact i miss it and im going to get right on that....

Everyone can think despair for bringing this to my attn for when your stolen from then pk'd with the quickness...he brought it back for me  ;D

I use my thief army for stealing almost constantly.  It's not ready for pking yet, so to have some fun I go around stealing with the 8 4-statters.  Yesterday I got someone at the rosegarden... stole 7k, and stole 14k from someone in there party.   ;D It pays off!  I also remember a while back stealing around 40k from one person before they started noticing...  Very fun.

I stole from sera in the desert the other day...steal rate was really low and made if pretty easy for her to kill one of my theives...then i just left realizing id have my other 2 die if i tried again...got a little gold out of it though i guess...
