To start I downloaded the new update and it sais connecting and connection established under that but it doesent say anything else I rebooted and downloaded nm over and over and even done the manual update plz help meeeeeeeee :'(

When I try to create a new account it sais connection to server lost :-/

first of all, download and reinstall nighmist with the 3mb setup kit, then if that doesn't work, click alt port.

I had the same problem as Pillar after the download. All I did was click on the alt port and it worked fine. :D
