Sometimes when im opening a website or somethin more and more will keep popping up and i'll have to restart my comp..why is that

Spyware perhaps? Or maybe the websites you are visiting have pop-ups programmed to load when you access it.

It is a spyware executable. I would suggest downloading Ad-aware and scanning your PC for spyware and removing it. Other-wise you'll continually receive pop-up's
