I have tried everything that is said here on the message board and still can't log on. Is there anything else I can do??

I have done this...turned off my firewall and then virus scan also Defraged the computer....tried even to reboot...nothing helps...been over 3 hours now...any help would be a blessing

what happens? do you get in the account manager or not even that?

btw try reinstalling :D

i have had the same problem but its in the fact of creating an account. I too have done everything read in the forum (including reinstalling) and it won't work. It just sits there and says connecting. so any advice would be helpful

turn alt port on, if that doesn't work, follow the telnet info in the faq
